In another four days, 2006 would have completed its circle and the new year, 2007 will roll in. And as usual, the new year will be heralded and celebrated amidst pomp and ceremony even when what it has in store is largely unknown. Nonetheless, between now and when the glass clicking goes on, keen followers of education and stakeholders will certainly try to examine what the out going year has been like.
